we are ready to begin the season with the turkey of course.
I have also been working on the gift making process. The girls are so excited to make the special gifts that they have so warmingly thought up as well. Knitting and sewing is definitely on the agenda for us all and finding the time to share the sewing machine will be a challenge. Perhaps another visit to the fabric store will be needed for the "special" gifts.
We are being challenged every day to pray for the families we are close to while trying to tackle the daily chores, and other duties needed to be done around here. It feels as though we can barely keep up but at the end of the day, we all get a good nights rest (well, most of us) and we are ready to begin the next day, refreshed!
Here's hoping that the season is full of joy, and thankfulness. For why else do we celebrate?
